I am a Certified Home Health Aide with Flourish in Place, and I have been favorably impressed with this organization since the moment I applied. They helped me attain my certification and walked me through every step of onboarding. This is an efficient operation with an effective and responsive management and staff. I have observed staff interaction with clients, and they are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable in providing care for senior adults. The safety and well-being of their clients and employees is their top priority. I heartily recommend Flourish in Place!
Flourish In Place has provided my mother with a level of care and service that is impeccable. She is so happy with how her caregivers keep in touch with her and our family. I can only say that I’m thrilled to have found them at the most opportune time in my mother’s life.
Flourishing is an outstanding home care company. They take care of my father. Providing a Family type home care with upholding respect and giving my father the dignity he deserves for over two years. . The home nurse D, is well trained and knowledgeable. She took care of my mother until her last day here on earth. She is still caring for my father. She helps him bathe, dress and with walking. Always making sure he has his oxygen. It’s more than two years now. I couldn’t ask for anything better than what the facility and the nurse provided/provide for my parents and I. They work scheduling and hours to benefit the family. The communication between the office is quick and attentive. Taking our needs and situations into consideration. They return calls, texts and emails efficiently and promptly. . The scheduling to take him to Doctor appointments are smooth. I can not express in words, how great ALL OF THEM ARE!!! Anyone considering their help…look no further. You’ve found it! I’d give them 10 stars if it were possible. We’re with them for years and we don’t have complaints! We love them!

I have had the pleasure of working with Flourish for many years, first with an excellent companion caregiver, Cass, and finally ending up with in home full time care this past year. Rose, who cared for my wife this past year, was an exceptional caregiver!! She treated her as if she was a member of her family and went above and beyond on a daily basis to ensure my wife got excellent care and attention, and was as happy, healthy and comfortable as possible! I don’t know what I would have done without Rose!
Throughout this time the owner and employees at Flourish always made time for me, from the owner as a resource/expert in elder care topics to the scheduler who found carers to fit our time and care needs to the nurse who visited to monitor my wife’s care and needs. I was very thankful for this team!
Overall we have been very pleased with the attention and services we have gotten from Flourish! Thanks to Flourish my wife was able to remain in her home throughout her final days!
