A Day in the Life
As a Flourish caregiver, you’ll support clients with:
- Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming
- Companionship and conversation
- Assistance with mobility and transfers
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders and monitoring vital signs
- Transportation to appointments or errands
- Emotional support and encouragement

Q: Do I need experience?
A: We require at least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience, particularly with older adults. Familiarity with home care routines, mobility assistance, and personal care is required.
Q: What hours can I work?
A: We offer mostly 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts – weekdays, evenings, and weekends. We also offer overnight and live-in shifts.
Q: Is there room to grow?
A: Absolutely. Some of our caregivers have grown into leadership or office roles. Our Employee Recognition Program allows growth and bonuses, with a possibility of leadership roles.
