At our Flourish in Place Holiday Party, Kim Lee (Flourish owner and president) introduced Pam Woodsome, our Colonial Life agent, who explained the new benefits package available to employees who work 18 or more hours per week. The company will provide accident insurance free of charge to qualifying employees, and those employees have a menu of low-cost benefits available to them they may add through payroll deduction.
